Srinagar, Pahalgam and Sonamarg Tour Overview

From majestic snow-covered mountains and sparkling lakes to green meadows and scenic spots, enjoy a peaceful getaway in Kashmir, often called the Paradise on Earth. Take in the breathtaking views of the Himalayas as you glide across Dal Lake in a Shikara, the second-largest lake in Jammu and Kashmir. Wander through the beautiful Betaab Valley, named after the famous Bollywood film Betaab, and enjoy the stunning natural scenery all around. Ride the Gulmarg Gondola, the world’s second-highest cable car in operation, and soak in the spectacular sights of the Himalayan mountains and lush alpine meadows.

Srinagar, Pahalgam and Sonamarg Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar

Welcome to Srinagar, often called Heaven on Earth! Once you arrive, you'll be taken to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax, you'll head out for a sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Visit the stunning Mughal Gardens, including Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. Enjoy the beauty of Pari Mahal and take a peaceful moment at Shankaracharya Temple. After your tour, you'll return to the hotel for the night.

Day 2

Arrival in Gulmarg | Gulmarg Sightseeing Tour

Today, check out from your hotel and head to Gulmarg. After you arrive, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. Next, use your pre-booked transfer to go from the hotel to the Union Cab Stand. From there, take a cab (fare not included) for a sightseeing tour of Gulmarg, visiting places like Igloo Cafe and Strawberry Valley. Enjoy the beautiful views during the Gondola Ride (at your own cost). Afterward, return to the cab stand on your own and then get transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer to Pahalgam

After checking out from the hotel, head to Pahalgam, known as the Village of the Shepherds. Once you arrive, check in at your hotel and relax. Then, you can explore the area by visiting the beautiful Mamleshwar Temple and the lovely Tulian Lake. You can also take some time to see Deno Valley, known as the Valley of Dreams, or enjoy a fun day at the Lidder Amusement Park. Later, return to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Pahalgam Sightseeing Tour

Spend the day exploring the beautiful Shepherd's Valley in Pahalgam. First, take a ride from your hotel to the Union Cab Stand, where you can hire a cab (fare not included) to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari. While you’re there, you can also try rafting on the Lidder River (for an extra charge). After your adventures, make your way back to the cab stand, and then take your pre-booked transfer back to the hotel for the night.

Day 5

Transfer to Srinagar

After checking out from the hotel, you'll be taken to Srinagar for the famous Shikara ride. Once you arrive, hop onto a Shikara boat and enjoy a relaxing trip as you take in the beautiful views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Glide over the calm waters of the lake and see the floating markets around you. After your ride, head to the hotel and check in for an overnight stay.

Day 6

Excursion to Sonmarg

Today, take the time to explore Sonmarg, known as the Meadows of Gold. You’ll be transferred from the hotel for the trip. Once you arrive in Sonmarg, enjoy a horseback ride to the beautiful Thajiwas Glacier and soak in the views of the valleys and mountain peaks. While you’re there, you can also try whitewater rafting on the Sindh River (at an extra cost). Afterward, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7

Excursion to Doodhpathri

Today, explore the lovely Valley of Milk. Check out from your hotel and head to Doodhpathri, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk along the beautiful trails. Learn about the culture of Kashmir by chatting with the locals. Don’t miss the stunning Doodh Ganga River, which enhances the beauty of Doodhpatri Valley. Later, you’ll be transferred to your houseboat, where you can check in for an overnight stay.

Day 8

Departure Day

Say goodbye to the stunning valleys and wonderful experiences. After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from your houseboat. You'll be taken to the airport, where your trip will end. Have a safe journey back home!
